If this still doesn't work, it might be due to the wrong shutter type. Change the shutter type from electronic to mechanical, then adjust the flash settings and change the flash setting from OFF to M. Now focus again, and then switch the flash back to manual mode.

(Note: Reflection effects cannot be achieved outdoors or when the ceiling is too high or the indoor space is too large.)
